Philippines as Chinese Territory

He Jia, anchor for China Central Television's (CCTV), amazingly  televised that Philippines is a Chinese Territory. Would you believe that?
Apparently the presenter meant the Huangyan islands, known as Scarborough Shoal in the Philippine which is claimed by  both nation.
